I've been a doula in the Tidewater - Hampton Roads area since 2006, certified through DONA in 2009, and am currently working on certification as both a childbirth and lactation educator through CAPPA.

As a mom to eight beautiful breastfed people, I rely not only on my training, but also my experience as a mom. As the spouse of a thirty year military veteran, I appreciate and fully understand the circumstances and challenges unique to military families and have full access to bases and military hospitals.
