Amelia Avila
Retired Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor

Due to difficulty with night driving and the grueling nature of birth work, I made the very difficult decision to retire from birth work after nearly twenty years of serving the Hampton Roads community. This decision has not been an easy one, but a necessary one. I have loved serving my beautiful and amazing clients over the years. Though I feel a great deal of sadness about leaving birth work, I am busy birthing some new projects.
Thank you to all of my precious clients and my doula friends who have supported and encouraged me over the years! I love every one of you!
