Natural childbirth classes are being taught again on the Peninsula in Hampton Roads! The classes currently take place on Sunday evenings at the beautiful Zenya Yoga Studios. The comprehensive series consists of six classes, to better prepare women and their support persons for making informed decisions during their birth.
The cost for the first class series will be $199 per couple (and you can bring another support person, as well). Doula clients will pay only $149.
The classes will satisfy the requirements for the DePaul Midwifery Center for first time moms or first time unmedicated moms.
